the leaf has landed

today i begin to labor on a land of several races and culture. far from home but never away. glory be to Him, for His will is wiser than my own. His plans have long been drafted and His guidance leads me to its path. i never knew where i am goin in every turns i took, until now. i know my journey doesn't end here. and wherever His wind take me, the flight of this leaf lands there.

*sigh*

carmona, cavite

this night i took the farthest walk i ever made away from her. and i needed to walk back once more to hug and kiss her, for several sunsets may pass before i ever touch her cheeks again.

that was the mushy part.

our afternoon was pure fun. talking and laughing as we dine and stroll inside the mall. like we used to. her giggles are still the same, sweet and undeniably charming. her kisses --- surely to die for. and i'm missing her as i scribble these texts, on a jeep to alabang. my cellphone beeps and it's her, wanting me to stay some more --- and i fought not to comply *sigh*.

but she understands and wishes me well... and i love her.

farewell

Farewell.

It’s a sad thing to say to start a parting message, a word which means more than just eight letters. A word of departure… of leaving. But behind every goodbyes are memories; memories perpetually stored and carried wherever our life propelled us. Life’s a theatrical play and I’m glad to have played on this stage.

And on this day --- I take my bow.

There are so much to be grateful with. A plethora of fine people to address my gratitude and humble appreciation. People who have helped define who am I today and who will I be. But, somebody once said that friends need not say their thanks. So, my friends --- I won’t.

Good luck to everyone and God bless.
